About Us
Welcome. LC1 Productions is a video production company in Salinas, California, founded by Luis Contreras, serving businesses, nonprofits and healthcare organizations across the Monterey Bay area. We believe video should do more than look good. It should connect people, tell the truth, and move your audience to act. Whether you are a local business trying to stand out online, a company that needs training content for your team, or an organization looking for a marketing video that actually drives results, we are here to make it happen.
Luis Contreras
Founder of LC1 Productions
Rooted in the Salinas Valley and connected to the communities we serve, our approach blends creative storytelling with technical skill. We value showing up prepared, delivering on time, and making every client feel like a priority.
LC1 Productions started with a camera, a drone, and a lot of late nights. Luis Contreras founded the company after years of freelance work, driven by one idea: Salinas deserved a real production company.
What started as solo projects for local businesses has grown into a full team with an in-house studio, professional gear, and a client list that spans restaurants, retailers, corporate offices, and organizations across the Monterey Bay area.
Every project we take on still gets the same energy and attention it did on day one. That is the standard, and it is not changing.
01
Small Team, Big Focus
We keep our crew tight on every shoot. Smaller teams mean faster decisions, more personal attention, and a comfortable experience for everyone involved.
02
Experienced Crew
Luis, Michael, and Juan bring years of production experience to every project. From cinematography and audio to lighting and photography, the skills are covered.
03
Clear Communication
You will always know where your project stands. We set timelines, share updates, and deliver when we say we will. No guessing, no chasing.
What our clients have to say about us
“Luis and the LC1 team are fantastic videographers! I’ve worked with them for graduation live streaming and larger brand videos, both projects were completed exceptionally well. Their attention to detail and quality of work are top tier. Highly recommended!”
What We Stand For
Our values shape every project, every interaction, and every final deliverable. We focus on what actually matters.
Quality
Make it right, not just done. Every video we produce goes through a full editing and review process. We do not ship anything we would not put our name on.
Community
Built here. For here. We are part of the Salinas community. We work with local businesses and organizations because this is home and these stories matter.
Honesty
Straight talk, fair quotes. We tell you what a project will cost, what it includes, and when it will be done. No surprises, no fine print.
Reliability
Show up. Deliver. Repeat. We answer calls, hit deadlines, and finish what we start. Every time.
Share your details and we will reach out with the next steps.
